I'd have to go with Soap on that one! ;)

A womanizing rich father
A dingbat wife accused of murder who fell in love with her kidnapper
A father-in-law who still thought he was in WWII
A daughter who had affairs with senators and then a convicted killer
Another daughter who fell in love and married a priest then gave birth to the anti-Christ
A funny, butler who hated them all - and often told them so

A "disappearing" sherrif who was a total nutcase!
A son in the Mafia
Another son who was gay (back then it was more of an "issue")
Another son who thought his dummy, Chuck was real

"Soap" and then Frank & Marie on "Everybody Loves Raymond"

For obvious reasons, Samantha Stevens on Bewitched had some real wacky relatives. Uncle Arthur was my favorite.

Arrested Development-the modern-day "Soap"!

Not my favorite but Roseanne had some very wacky relatives like Jackie seemed crazy at times, also mark, roseanne's grandma nanna harris, and especially roseanne's mom

The Bings on Friends are pretty wacky I mean Chandler has a drag queen dad and an erotic novelsit mom! LOL

Absolutely, Samantha's relatives on Bewitched, along with the Barones of ELR.

Samantha's on Bewitched, Soap both Tates and Campbells, Roseanne, and Sanford And Son Fred had some wacky in-laws Aunt Esther and Woodrow.
