I MISS SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I'm like so bored because I don't do ANYTHING all day. I really, really, really liked 8th grade and I even CRIED on the last day of school. I have NOTHING to talk about with my friends on the phone and I haven't even seen most of them since school let out. I miss them. :( Anyway, school doesn't start for a another two months, and I seriously might die. My brother thinks I've gone completely insane. Does anyone feel the way I do?

I do, I've had a wonderful year this year. All my grades went up. Met lots of cool people, and am one of the few drug free kids in my school :king:

I sorta miss college and HS, but not the classes. I hate homework and most of the subjects I was forced to take were of little or no interest to me.

I'm so incredibly bored with summer and can't wait for college to start. [although I also feel like puking every time I really think about it]

I even miss homework. In fact, I wrote a two page essay on why we should stay in school year round, which I'm thinking about sending to the school board.

No, I am SO happy that school is over. I'm still keeping myself busy with leadership and work, but at least I'll have more time to spend with my friends and family and for web browsing. :D

I understand what you mean. School should be open in the summer, but no classes should be required. Just go and hang out with your friends for 6 or 7 hours a day.

My social life seems to slow down in the summer. Which makes no sense whatsoever. I have more time now.... I should be doing more.

My sister has been complaining to me for a month now that she has absolutely nothing to do. Fortunately, the beginning of the school is just over a month away so the summer is over halfway over now.

I don't really get a summer break anyway since I have to go to Sylvan. So be thankful you get a summer break :)

This year was a really mixed bag for me. I liked all my teachers, and MOST of my classes... However, this year a lot of kids started to think I was stupid because I don't talk much. Well, whoever judges me as stupid just because I'm quiet can go f*** themselves. Anyway, I'm drifting off-subject... I'm sorta in the same situation. But I'd rather sit here on the computer than get swamped with homework.

Mmmm... it's always such a common situation. I remember that while attending required schooling. Being so overworked from school really drains one out. Then about mid-summer, it gets so boring and the thought of going back to school really sounds appealing. I guess because there's always stuff going on in school (classes, studying, friends, sports, activities, happenings, etc....)

I can't stand a thing about school. I'd rather be at work. I hate people my age and I hate high school girls. I hate teahcers, classes, and grades.

I'm already dying to get back too- start my new subjects and can't wait- plus I like the style of socialising- Ive a small group of friends (like to think we're the elite, couldn't be further from the truth) and am not particularly outgoing or popular but it's harder having to seek social contact by yourself. Plus I get bored really easily!

Music,etc... I loved thr school food.. I would do anything for a hamburger loaded with catchup!!!
