I like Buddy Holly's music more as far as '50s music goes, but I do like some of his songs: "Return to Sender", "Jailhouse Rock" and "Blue Suede Shoes".

Yeah, I think he's pretty cool! Six years ago I toured his Graceland home in Memphis! The Memphis area is one of my favorite places to visit! Unfortunately he left us when I was only five years of age. :crying:

My favorite song by "The King" is "American Trilogy" from 1972.

I still use a record player because I have about 100 albums.

Anyway, I like Elvis' music from 1953-1965. Some of the later ones, too, but I prefer his '50s stuff. I really like the "Sun Sessions" album (with the songs That's All Right (Mama), Blue Moon of Kentucky, Good Rockin' Tonight, You're a Heartbreaker, Mystery Train + more).

Some of his movies were pretty good- Lovin' You, Jailhouse Rock, King Creole, Follow That Dream, Blue Hawaii.

Elvis was the first rock & roll artist I listened to, and that was at my aunts
house, she had alot of his records. My parents only listened to country music
and hearing Elvis was a real treat. So he will always be a favorite of mine.
