If they were smart they would include it as a bonus feature for the "Goodbye Farewell Amen" finale episode - maybe package it with other features and stories about the show. I can't seem to open them. I had the same problem. They're in .ram format, from Real. My solution was to download RealPlayer (free download), which worked fine.
