They really glossed over the whole Lauren Tewes brouhaha, didn't they? I wonder where Lauren was, anyway. She was the only original cast member missing.

They also made some factual errors: Fred Grandy didn't leave in 1984 -- Lauren did. Fred made plans to leave in the spring in 1986, and his last episode, where Gopher accepts a job managing a resort, turned out the be the last regular episode of the series, since ABC cancelled it. They did do some three specials in the 1986-87 season without Gopher, but the way the cast was talking ("It was never the same after Fred left."), you would have thought they had stayed on for awhile after he left.
