I love his songs my favorite is "Matter of Trust"

Pressure and Scenes from an Italian Restaurant are 2 of my favorite songs, and I Go to Extremes is a good song to get the blood going in the morning!!

I saw Billy in concert quite a few years ago(not the ones with Elton John), we got tickets right before showtime and we still managed to get on the side of the stage. Not a bad view. But when he started his show, everybody in our section, stood up to cheer, and the dopey usher near us runs over and is yelling for us to all sit down!! Uh, yeah, SURE we're all going to sit down!! :crazy:

Another story--a couple years ago, my boyfriend and I were driving in E.PA, and we saw a sign for Allentown. I swear both us under our breaths started singing "And we're living here in Allentown". We looked at each other and started laughing that we were thinking the same thing. I know it sounds corny but it really happened!!

Love his music, just wish he'd take some driving lessons! ;)

:lol: i live like an hour from allentown, pa- we always totally blast that song when we drive through there..

i love billy joel too- my favorites are probably A Matter of Trust, And So It Goes, and Movin Out (has anyone seen the broadway show with the same title?)
and i've used She's Always a Woman and Lullabye in ballet recitals. :p

I like Billy Joel a lot, but Yes, I could live without him! :lol:
