I know it is available on some of the boxed sets. Check EBAY and also your video store. It is a good episode with a clever conclusion.

It's available on the 2 DVD set from Platinum Disc Corporation. You might find it in Wal-mart's Bargin DVD Bin. The set has 20 episodes and the titles are listed on the back.
