How's it going? I finally got the Dana Plato site up (http://danaplatoforever.com) and ready to roll. I still feel like I can do some more work to it, but feel like its atleast ready for people to start surfing around on. I hope you will like it thus far, but expect much much more to come. I have numerous ideas to keep the site fresh. Anyways please feel free to sign guestbook, post stories, messages, or anything you want. Hopefully this site will attract as much as I think it can. Your opinion is very important to me. In fact, everybody's opinion is important to me. Going into this project, I said to myself that I want to try and mold this site in to the best possible Dana Plato site that the Dana, her family, and the fans can be proud of. I look at it this way, if one person is upset with it than there of course will be more. As for Shane, when I first got started on the website I contacted him, as I wanted to just get some information and ideas. He then offered to do an interview with me for the site, as he said he loved to talk about Dana. I said ok, knowing that he wrote "Dana Plato's Last Breath". I've never read the book or listened to the CD in fact, nor to I ever care to. I was just thinking maybe it would be a "good interview". Mayeb I was wrong.

Now let me talk a litle on the part called "Dana Plato: The Downside:" I included the section in my site which contains Different Strokes pictures, playboy pictures, mugshots, and the autopsy report. I only included it because when I was in production of the site, I asked numerous people there views on the site and they were asking me why I wasn't telling the bad stuff about Dana? If you know me, than you would know I always try to make everyone happy. Its seeming now though, that I will have a hard time to do that. Anyways, I created the section so that anybody that wanted to know about the bad stuff can and anybody that doesn't care to bother with it, doesn't have to.

In closing, I hope you will still continue to visit site, as I do have a lot of things planned to keep this site fresh and enjoyable. This site is far from complete, well in my eyes anyway and your comments and opinions are greatly appreciated as it will help me with the process.

Please don't attack me. I did investigate his background and it seemed to me that everyone wanted to talk to him after Dana died. He did know Dana the best before she died. Feature Shane Bugbee on site? Hardly. His interview is just going to be considered another article. Its nothing special. It does seem as though that Dana liked him. However I do completely agree with you that his products were complete garbage. I will be honest, it seems like the man may not have any heart to produce a product with a dead picture and a CD with a "last breath". I was just trying to provide a interview that would maybe go deeper than his book. Find out reasons. You haven't seen interview, so you couldn't possibly know what it is pertaining to. Hint: Its not related to anything with his book. Interview Robert Menchaca? I have heard allegations about him, but thats it. No one knows the true story. My opinion is "he killed her". Again my opinion. His reports just didn't add up. However I do not know the whole truth and nobody will.

Please send me an email over at DanaPlatoForever@aol.com as I would like to get this sorted out with you. I will say it again "If a Dana fan isn't happy, than I'm not happy." I didn't just make this site for me. I made this site as a place for people to go and "Keep the memory of Dana alive". Together I'm hoping it to be a success. Seems like its going to take some time, but the sites for Dana and she is worth it.

Again I hope we can sort this out.
