I remember watching it at the Drive-In the summer it came out. What an experience that was. Its hard to believe 30 years has passed since then.

I know eh!!!! YIKES! Then again, I was at a concert last night watching bands we used to see 30 years ago - and it was all these middle-aged "70s show" lookalikes - it was like nothing had changed - we were mostly in bellbottoms or flares, jean jackets, same hairstyles - funny as hell!

Yay, we were up at a lodge in Muskoka that summer and were doing a little skinny dipping in the lake at night when some idiot starts doing the JAWS music and saying, "Oh I think I feel something nibbling my feet". Crazy how even though we knew we were in a lake, we all got the crawlies and got out of there fast!!

I think my parents took me with them when they went to see Jaws because they couldn't find a babysitter. I wasn't even a year old.

 The 70's are very popular nowadays. I remember in the 70's it was fashionable to be nostalgic for the 1950's. They had movies, Happy Days came out, and their were a lot of radio shows that specialized in 50's music. I know I used to buy a lot of records then with classic songs on them. I think in 20 years maybe this decade will be looked in the same manner.

I was just 10 then but I remember all the kids imitating that music and we lived near the beach so that was a big conversation piece at the time.

I think Jaws remains Steven Spielberg's greatest movie.
