BUMP !!!!!!!!!!!! the ultimate guide :D

the reason that you see the word bump written as replies to posts is so that the author can send the thread back to the top of the page to get more interest in it.the thread can be on a previous page or at the bottom of the current page (although you shouldn't bump threads which are still on the current page as a sign of respect for the friendly moderators :lol: )
threads can also be bumped up by people interested in the topic who want to draw attention to it.the reason they write the word "bump" at all or instead of something else is because message boards require that you have too at least type something to send the post to the top and by writing bump everyone knows what you are trying to do.
