View Full Version : Is Raven going to surpass the Disney Channel 65-episodes only rule?
PrettyinPink55 06-13-2005, 10:11 AM I know some of my favorites like Even Stevens had to end because of the 65 episodes only rule  (Still mad about that  )
Anyway, it seems like Raven is surpassing this rule, and I'd be really happy if it would have more than 65 episodes! :D :D Because isn't it nearing the end of 65 episodes?

It has passed 65 episodes, the show will end with 78 episodes :)
PrettyinPink55 06-13-2005, 05:48 PM How many episodes have there been as of now?
Parakeet03 06-14-2005, 07:02 PM How many episodes have there been as of now?
They aired 67 episodes so far so that means there's only 11 left. :(

:(
PrettyinPink55 06-18-2005, 10:27 AM That's really sad! That's So Raven is the only decent show show left on Disney Channel with new episodes! I mean, Even Stevens and Lizzie are in reruns, but TSR was always popping out new episodes. Now we're left with that Zach and Cody show (which I don't like very much) and Phil of the Future (which I really don't like.) :( Hopefully this new Sadie show will be good, but it won't be a Raven. :(
jamesgelin 06-18-2005, 10:55 AM That's so raven is officially over.. Tear drop
Ant-Lox 06-18-2005, 11:05 AM why do they have that rule anyway?
Parakeet03 06-19-2005, 02:29 PM I know! The rule sucks! But whatever, you know. Once Raven is over I'll probably give up on Disney Channel for good.
moeee 06-19-2005, 11:35 PM Lets face it....once TSR is officially over, the Disney Channel will be boing again, unless you like re-runs.
Parakeet03 06-20-2005, 01:23 PM Your right. Disney channel is turning into a baby network! I don't remember it being that way when TSR first came out! Either the channel got boring or it was always like that and I grew out of it. lol

I think its both.
Parakeet03 06-20-2005, 08:39 PM Okay!
moeee 06-20-2005, 09:58 PM Disney should call it : The BABY Channel.
Parakeet03 06-21-2005, 04:33 PM I know right! Or maybe just 'Playhouse Disney' all day long!
moeee 06-21-2005, 05:07 PM Oh God no!
Parakeet03 06-21-2005, 05:09 PM  Isn't playhouse disney the most annoying thing?! I wonder if little kids actually watch it! I think I was cooler than that when I was little. I watched Barney!
moeee 06-21-2005, 06:32 PM Ew gross!
Parakeet03 06-22-2005, 08:32 PM O sorry, I meant to say Teletubbies and Blues Clues!
moeee 06-23-2005, 12:39 AM lol.
So TSR only has 11 epidsode left.......I wish the producers would direct a Serious episode instead of all this sillyness.
Rachel3118 08-04-2005, 08:31 PM That 65 episode rule just doesn't make sense. Why would they want to end their only good show. I wonder if the channel has gotten worse or if we just grew up.
moeee 08-04-2005, 10:45 PM Actually, Thats so Raven will be on a little bit longer, past the 65 episode rule. The directors of Disney has said that TSR will be on "as long as raven wants to".
Superstar 08-05-2005, 03:25 AM frankly I think the show will end at 100 episodes

Really?? I thought that they were finished filming and there were only gonna be 78 episodes total. Hmm, well I guess it's better that way since all the other shows on Disney are boring, keep TSR on longer. :)

I posted a thread a few weeks ago that said TSR was renewed for a fourth season.

Rachel3118 08-06-2005, 12:00 AM Well thats good that they don't have to limit the episodes since it's the best show on disney.

thats right.
PrettyinPink55 08-07-2005, 01:20 AM It would be a definite shame if Disney got rid of this show! I think it was a smart move on their part to keep TSR! I mean after Even Stevens and Lizzie McGuire had ended, there were only a few good shows left on the Disney Channel. No offence to you Suite Life or Phil of the Future fans, but I don't find those shows funny nor entertaining at all. Especially Suite Life. Phil of the Future is tolerable when there isn't anything else on. I haven't checked out the newest show, Naturally Sadie, but I hear it's really good.

if this was 2004, i would agree, but right now, i just feel TSR needs to go.:( Read the "Ending TSR" thread.

moeee 08-11-2005, 06:40 PM They should change that rule to 78.
Parakeet03 08-12-2005, 12:10 PM They should change it to 78 only if the show is really good.

Rachel3118 08-25-2005, 03:35 PM I only saw it through flipping channels but the characters seem wierd and unrealistic. The plot is also stupid.

Johnny S 08-28-2005, 09:51 PM Are you talking about the show about two 7 yr olds who live in a hotel? LOL I saw it once... pretty horrible. Does anybody think there is a chance we will ever see Disney shows in season sets? ex- Lizzie, Raven, Even Stevens Those are the only 3 I would have any interest in. And maybe that Famous Jet Jackson show!

I for one, would like to see that. I think people are wasting thier money buying 4 episodes for 15 bucks. Because it's on DVD means nothing to me.
There are other TV shows that cost 15 or 20 dollars, but are releasing season sets. So why cant TSR do the same, ya know? :)

Those DVD's with 4 episodes are marketed towards younger kids and there parents. Season sets would be more for older teenagers and collectors. They release Spongebob in individual DVD's and Season Sets. So it should be done with TSR, Lizzie, and Even Stevens. I would buy all three. Though my friends would probably make fun of me.

I hate Lizzie McGuire, the Suite Life and Phil. I think that Suite Life and Phil won't exceed 65 episodes.
Parakeet03 08-29-2005, 04:28 PM TSR is definately the best and the rest of the shows r horrible except for Even Stevens and Phil Of The Future. They're alright in my opinion.
