I've been waiting every day for news about The Three's Company spin-offs, especially The Ropers. I have emailed Anchor Bay serveral times with no response.
Does anyone out there have some promising news about these??

Don't worry, I e-mailed a person from the Anchor Bay company. Here's the response:

You indeed are correct that several fans have written in hopes of seeing the release of these 2. We are definitely looking into it, but the negotiations are ongoing, so I can't confirm anything at present. Thanks for your interest though, and stay tuned!

I would say a 50% chance of Three's a Crowd being released because of John Ritter being on the show, and a %15 chance the Ropers will be released because it may not sell many copies. They may have to either put the word three's company spinoff on the front cover of the Ropers DVD or a picture of John Ritter for that DVD to sell.

to be honest, we oughta wait for the last season of TC to come out before Three's A Crowd. Even though I agree, AB should've released The Ropers to coincide with season 4 of TC.

threes company is selling fairly well so i wouldn't rule out THE ROPERS and THREES A CROWD coming to dvd why not both shows only ran a season so why leave them lay in a vault somewhere .maybe after the whole threes company series is out.

I think if it's promoted the right way the Ropers can sell copies. Maybe put on the front cover-"The Three's Company Spinoff-The Ropers" It would be wise to have something about Three's Company on the front Cover. Can't just be the Ropers. Now with THree's a Crowd that type of Promotion wouldn;t be necessary because John Ritter was apart of the Show
