I thought the series was in color, but the opening credit listed here on SO is in B&W.
Download this, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

no they were all in color its just that the series is so rare that copies today are just prints of the orignal color and they became black and white do to the rareity of the series. Munsters #1, you have sent me Munsters CD and the tape last week would you like a copy of my Good Guys tape?

Sure. I don't think you have my address, I'll send it to you via email. I don't want to post it here where the whole world can see it.

is that the show was both TAPED and FILMED, in different seasons....in syndication, you either present a show one way or the other. Most TV stations did NOT have film AND tape facilities, nor was CBS willing to transfer
the taped episodes to color kinescope film...and there weren't that many episodes to syndicate for the show to be successful "off-network", anyway.
THAT'S why you NEVER see "THE GOOD GUYS" on ANY channel today!

That's a shame. I've always wanted to see it. It would be nice to see Bob Denver play a more "normal" guy. I love the other shows he did, but I like seeing actors doing different things.

judging from the eps i've seen, you won't get your wish of seeing Bob Denver play a more "normal" guy from watching this show! cbs was so intent on stressing the connection to "gilligan" that they hired alan hale to co-star in season 2!:happyface
