from 1985-89. Those are defintely the best years of the show and I will be buying all the seasons up to that point on DVD. I'm not concerned about completing the set so i will not buy anyu of these seasons on DVD

1990-1991
1991-1992

There would be no way I would buy those seasons since Pam and Oliva and Martin annoyed the hell out of me

What have you got against the grandparents? I thought they were really cool! Especially Cliff's mom and dad!

I agree with the rest though - I stopped watching much when it hit the 90s and ESPECIALLY when that ANNOYING Pam was brought in! Talk about bringing the entire show down and changing the whole direction of it! It was one step off Cosby Meets Ghetto!

If the Grandparents came over on Ocassions Like Thankgving, Birthdays, or Christmas then I would have been able to tolerate them. But they were there all the damm time-lol

I really like the earlier seasons better too...especially the 1st season when all the kids were younger...Rudy was sooo damn adorable!!!
