Theo was brought back from the police station because he ws picked up for riding in a speeding car. So when he was explaining the situation to Claire, he said that His friend panicked when he saw the cops and pressed down on the gas. So then Claire said-"you tried to out run the police"

and Theo's repsonse was-"Oh Don;t worry Mom I had my seatbelt on the entire Time"-LOL-LMAO

I could see vanessa saying something stupid like that. But it didn't end there. because Theo askes his Father a dumb question. He said "Dad am I in a Lot of trouble?

and Cliff said-"Let me tell you something, you can get in my car right now, drive backward to Coney Island, run over the Hot Dog Man and Two stop signs and you wouldn't be in any more trouble than you are in right now"

I realized that Cliff was only funny when communicating with Theo, Bud, or Cockroach. He didn;t act goofy when he talked to them only when talked with his wife or daughters.
