This may have already been asked, but I couldn't find it in back threads.
Last night they aired the ep where Uncle Phil's mother comes to visit and she hooks up with the handyman.
She repeatedly calls Phil, "Zeke".
Does anybody know if Uncle Phil's real first name was Zeke and Phil was a nickname or middle name he went by?
That's the first I've ever noticed!

I think that was his family nickname.

So his real name was Phil then, but his family called him Zeke? Is that right? Did they ever explain why at all?

They Explained In The First Season That Zeke Banks moved From His Home Town To Baltimore When He Was A Teenager and Changed His Name To Phillip.

Oh o.k.
I seem to be seeing first and second season shows that I've never seen before. I guess I mainly caught FP on the WB but N@N seems to be carrying more of the earlier shows. I'm really enjoying them.
