Of course none of those cities are in Michigan, driving here is so different from driving anywhere else, at least from my experience.

You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I see no reason that people in Cedar Rapids would drive any different than the people in Des Moines and they drive like they have their head up their ass.
LOL...I just read further. I cannot believe Des Moines is on that list. They need to drive 80/35 or 235 during rush hour and see how safe some of those people are.
However, I will say we're better than the people in Phoenix. Those people are insane.

Lakewood one of the safest driving areas? Maybe it's because there's no Interstates running through it. A few streets over in Denver on I-25, we get the worst traffic and accidents I've ever seen. There's at least one accident every single time I drive down there. Don't go up to Fort Collins enough to really notice.

Regardless of statistics, I don't think people drive safely anywhere. There are too many maniacs out there and not enough of them take defensive driving classes...

Not a shocker that none of the cities in Texas are considered safe. Hell, most of these people don't know what a turn signal is for.

The worst drivers are in Maryland, way too much attitude & road-rage around here!

I live an hour from DC and I have noticed that a lot of Maryland drivers are a lot more agressive than the VA drivers.
