It's just a strange feeling when it is going to happen so don' be afraid if this is happening to you, your asto body wants to get out.that you also. You can go any where.Iam still doing it,but it gets to intence, so I say to myself, come on move by body. Then I am wide awake. Becarful if you don't want to play alone on in a graveyard. If any one is interesd I can send more info. When you do it alone don't be scared then it won' happen.

Iv'e had some weird things like that happen to me while sleeping. Some are very personal, and I wouldn't share them here, but here's a weird one I had a couple years ago that I don't mind sharing. I was lying in bed, and was dreaming that I was crossing a street at about 3:00 am. Just as I crossed the lane where the car was coming, I woke up, and was fully awake. Although I was awake, I could hear the car pass by me just as if I were outside and it were passing by. The same volume and everything. It didn't freak me out, infact I thought it was kind of cool. Iv'e had other more personal things like this happen, but that's one of the many weird moments Iv'e had as I was sleeping.

I don't know if I have muscle spasms or what, but I'll be completly asleep, and yet my leg will shoot up out of nowhere.
