Someone on Ebay right now is selling a copy of the Munsters View-Master and has posted a few examples of the slides.

That's nice. It kind of gives us a small look at what the second season might have looked like, if it was in color.

I really need to get this set! Those pictures are so cool! As cool as seeing them in color in Munster, Go Home! is, you don't really get to see the cast on the 1313 set, without all those random colors (the blue dining room, the pink light in the corner by Grandpa's lab) or it just being very dark in most of the opening scene.

I'm not sure what the color of the living room walls are in one of those slides. It looks like it's just rotted wood and plaster with no paint. In my colorized photos I've been making the walls blue.

I bought this on ebay last year. It is so cool because it is like being on the set. I have never seen any other one except The Most Beautiful Ghoul in the World.

I believe The Most Beautiful Ghoul in the World, was the only episode to be made into a View-Master.

There was a couple of cases where there was a follow-up to the first release. Happy Days and Land of the Lost had a second packet released of another episode.

I think the reason that The Most Beautiful Ghoul in the World was the only Munsters episode to be made into a View-Master, was because the series was most likely cancelled by the time they wanted to make another one.

Lots of un-made-up hands...

I read that even though the show was filmed in black and white, the cast prefered to wear the color makeup anyway because it helped them get into their characters. But when it got to the point when they would just have their faces and necks made up only, you'd think it would be a distraction to see regular-colored hands and arms. You'd have to divert your eyes to keep the illusion.
