Which seasons were the best, the early seasons, the middle seasons, or the later seasons?

I prefer the 1985-1986 season: most of my fav' episodes are in that season like "How do you sleep".

My favorite season is 1984-1985. It was just a really good season.

Well, although all episodes were good, I think my favorite was season 4 (the season with Ellen).

I guess I'd say 83-86, but after that the show seemed to lose some punch.

1984-85 (the season with the "Keaton Manor" episode), and 86-86 (Ellen and Nick are introduced).

1st-4th seasons, and I like the episodes with the painter opening the best! :D
