That's the living room fireplace. The dining room fireplace is another one that we hardly ever saw that's in another section of the thread.

Until lillysmansion mentioned it, I never knew there was a fireplace in the dining room.

I've been spending my time recently watching very early Munsters episodes, and I'm seeing things I haven't seen in a loooong time. I was watching Low-Cal Munster today, and I noticed in the dining scene, they are all in a room I have never noticed before. I was shocked. :eek:

Wonderful pictures. I watch the show for detail of the house.So sometimes I watch it over & over for detail things. I wish I could do the pictures the way ya'll do. It would have helped alot building this house.

Are you able to take screen shots of your DVD on your computer?

I haven't got a clue how to do that.

Do you have any Video or Music playing programs on your PC?

It's a requirement to have a DVD drive on your computer, either built-in or an external one that's designed for computers.
Hooking up to a computer the DVD player that you use for your TV, I'm not sure if that can be done or not.

I forgot to ask that. Do you have a DVD drive on your PC?

It looks like I do not have the DVD drive.

This is a long shot, but if you have a CD drive on your PC, it might double as a CD/DVD player.

I am going to go this week and buy the DVD drive for my PC. I would like to be able to get the pictures to reproduce the things I need. So if you can help me learn how to do this I would really appreciate it.

Before the DVD, did you construct your home from VHS Munsters tapes? That would seem difficult because tapes can get very shotty after a while, and the pause function isn't as good on a tape as compared to the DVD.

Yes I used the VHS tapes and all the pictures I could find. It was hard I had to watch things over and over to get the scenes I needed.

Thank goodness the 1st Season is on DVD, and the 2nd soon to come. That should make any remodeling you have to do much easier.

I think the 2nd will be more valuable to you, because there are a lot more house scenes. Like the driveway (51), the frontyard (52), the side angle (closing credits), the back porch (66), and lots of kitchen scenes.

I can't wait for the 2nd Volume. Especially A House Divided, where Herman messes around with that little go-cart. :lol:

I also found two nice opening house shots during the opening scene of The Sleeping Cutie.

The last pic looks like the 2nd season closing, just without the credits.

That last pic and the S2 closing scene look almost exactly the same.

I bought the DVD for my computer and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to take the screen shots. I need some close ups of the coffee table and it sure would help if I could figure this out.

Are there any "C" functions on your PowerDVD menu?

The Menu button has a chapter, audio root and subtitles menu.

I have PowerDVD for XP. When I bought my Dell, the PowerDVD was not a FULL working version. The small camera icon ie: the frame capture (C) was greyed-out. I had to buy the full version to get the screen capture feature.

But no "C" function? OK, then we'll have to do this a harder way.

Open "Windows Media Player".
Play a downloaded video in WMP.
Keep the video in WMP playing.
Open PowerDVD.
Play your DVD in PowerDVD.
When you get to a scene you want to take a picture of, hit your space bar to pause the DVD.
Hit "Print Screen/SysRq" on your keyboard.
Open "Paint"
Click the small square tab, (Picture below).
Left click on the open space, and paste.
Save to your hard drive.

Well yes but when I paste it through the paint screen it copies that screen on the picture. I know it is because I am doing something wrong.

There's not much more I can really help you with. If you run into really technical problems, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for your computer.

lillysmansion, when you use the "print screen" it captures YOUR entire screen. When you paste in "paint" it will paste everything. What you have to do is use the "select" tool (the dashed box upper right tool) and highlight the area/picture you want to keep. You then have to "edit"-"copy" (or Ctrl+C) then "file" - "new" (or Ctr+N) and "edit"-"paste" (or Ctrl+V), then you can can save just the image you want.
