This is just a rumour but my sister who is a devout threes company fan and does alot of research on anything john ritter read that the producers of threes company season 6 dvd set may include 3s a crowd the whole season as a means to sell the dvd set for more than the typical 3s company dvds, she said what she read was that they felt that 3s a crowd was not a high enough rated show to sell on its own and that if they combine it with 3s company theyd have a much better chance of selling it, so we may as yet see it on season 6 and if it works they may combine the ropers in season 7 of 3s company, lets just cross our fingers.

aw I hope that doesn't mean less special features for those seasons :( and if they do that then the price will go up... probably a lot too :(

What is the source of this? There are no plans whatsoever of this. In fact, the spinoffs are still being negotiated for DVD.

If I collected a bunch of DVD's I would get that show. :lol: I haven't seen it since the 80's but I always liked it.

I got a feeling Three's A Crowd will be released eventually. I'm not as sure about The Ropers.

My sister gets alot of emails from resources concerning all TV shows, she was doing a search on the best and worst of john ritter on tv and big screen, she recieved an email about a comedy bit she once seen with john ritter and was told the bit she seen was in 3s a crowd and she was wondering if it was available on dvd and they told her it may be part of season 6 of threes company and said the reason why which is what I posted above, I deo agree its unlikly they would put it with season 6 but I allso believe it was not a high enough rated show to sell on its own power or lack there of.

I myself think it's a good idea. I mean how else are we to see 'Three's A Crowd' on dvd if it only went one season? I'd pay well over the normal price for season 6 (if this rumor becomes true).

Yeah.I think that the pilot of the spin-off would be an extra on the season 8 DVD.I think that was a funny episode when I saw it on the tribute to John Ritter on TV Land

I agree with the fact that it should be included with season 8. If it is included on any season of "Three's Company", season 8 is the most logical one to include it on. It really wouldn't make sense to put it with season 6, being that that is the season of Terri's debut, and the end of the show isn't until season 8. I would pay extra either way no matter which season it would be included on (that's if this were to happen) but I would prefer it included with season 8.
