View Full Version : Ever been in love??
barwars 06-04-2005, 08:17 PM ....because I don't know what else there is to talk about.
And if you have, did you do anything about it? Live happily ever after, or just never had the nerve to ask them out??
*MIBabe03* 06-04-2005, 08:21 PM I'm 20 and I've never been in love.
vienna waits 06-04-2005, 08:24 PM neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Max Whittaker 06-04-2005, 08:25 PM I'm 20 and I've never been in love.
Plenty of time! for us both.
*MIBabe03* 06-04-2005, 08:27 PM Plenty of time! for us both.
That's true. Right now I don't want it to happen. In January I'm applying to colleges that are out of state. I mean that would suck if I did meet somebody, and then have to say "Well it's been fun and all, but now I'm moving over 2000 miles away."
I came close once, but that relationship ended poorly.
So the answer is no. Now I'm depressed. Nice thread idea Barwars.
;)
Penny Lane 06-04-2005, 08:43 PM In my teen years I thought that I was in love every other day! But I fortunately found my "true love" when I was 17. We have been married now for almost 37 years! I love my David! He's awesome! :D  :eyes:
Believe it or not, I love him even more than Paul!
*Pleasant Tomorrow* 06-04-2005, 08:50 PM I honestly can't say if I know what love is. I could just be a teenybopping hormonal thinger who just THINKS they're in love.
Mijada 06-04-2005, 08:59 PM Yes. I'm madly in love right now.
Nighthawk76 06-04-2005, 09:12 PM Once
JDS84 06-04-2005, 09:15 PM I have had crushes on guys before but I have never come down with the big L.
Rhiannon 06-04-2005, 09:27 PM I honestly can't say if I know what love is. I could just be a teenybopping hormonal thinger who just THINKS they're in love.
That's what I think my "love" has been. At the time I thought I felt it, but looking back that person disgusts me.
Hollow 06-04-2005, 09:29 PM i'm madly in anger with you.
vashti1999 06-04-2005, 09:38 PM Ever been in love?
Yes.
And if you have, did you do anything about it?
Yes.
Live happily ever after??
No.
Basically that's all of my story you'll get. Details are painful and unnecessary.
barwars 06-04-2005, 09:51 PM I think I may be in love, but I'm not really sure. She's a friend I've had for years, and I've always thought she was the prettiest girl I've ever seen, but we've just been good friends. But recently I've been wanting to spend more and more time with her, and when I do it's always the best part of my day. More than anything I just love to hear her laugh. But I don't know what I should do. I don't want to ask her out only to break up and never speak to eachother again. She's just so.... perfect.
Living In a '70's Dream 06-04-2005, 10:06 PM I have been in love a couple of times...

Janet McFarland 06-04-2005, 10:40 PM Whenever I see my gym teacher, I start jumping up and down and I find ways to get near him. It has to be love, or just a crazy obsession.
barwars 06-04-2005, 10:42 PM Whenever I see my gym teacher, I start jumping up and down and I find ways to get near him. It has to be love, or just a crazy obsession.
Or maybe just jumping jacks.
Janet McFarland 06-04-2005, 10:45 PM Or maybe just jumping jacks.
Oh my gosh maybe.
MsOrange 06-04-2005, 11:51 PM yep.... i'm head over heels for my Jonathan
TripperFan 06-05-2005, 12:10 AM Or maybe just jumping jacks.

you should ask her out. chances are if you do break up, if you already have a solid friendship, it will still be there in the end.
Mr. Television 06-05-2005, 12:20 AM I've been in love a few times.
CollegeDropout 06-05-2005, 12:41 AM I have a boyfriend, but I dont think im in love, and plus our relationship is basically a summer thing
dawsongirl 06-05-2005, 02:29 AM No. :crying:
I have a feeling I'd find a way to screw it up though.

peter may 06-05-2005, 09:02 AM No :(
Babes_Cat 06-05-2005, 10:02 AM i was in a relationship for 14 months... it was love, sadly it didn't last any longer that that.
Kay Scarpetta 06-05-2005, 11:16 AM I was in love just once, with a girl named Maureen. It took me the longest time to move on, but I've been with my boyfriend for 6 months now and I'm definitely very happy.
CollegeDropout 06-05-2005, 04:06 PM Brick: I love lamp
Krisalicious 06-05-2005, 04:27 PM I never have been, but I think I might be pretty close to it right now. A long story put short, I have never, ever, ever felt this way about anyone before. :)
Michael [hXc] 06-05-2005, 04:47 PM yeah i have. if you mean true love, yes. other times i see girls in public who i think are hot but it's not love, just attraction to how they look. so it depends.
Kazza 06-05-2005, 04:49 PM It wasn't love; just overactive hormones :p
Penny Lane 06-05-2005, 09:24 PM "Love means never having to say you're sorry"..................
:barf:
Yeah, in a perfect world!
*MIBabe03* 06-05-2005, 09:27 PM "Love means never having to say you're sorry"..................
:barf:
Yeah, in a perfect world!
 Yeah I'm still trying to figure out how they came up with that line. In a relationship, you have to say "I'm sorry" once in awhile, otherwise you won't get anything.
Penny Lane 06-05-2005, 09:28 PM *gasp*
Ok Ok. so I exaggerated? But please don't tell my hubby!
Penny Lane 06-05-2005, 09:30 PM i was in a relationship for 14 months... it was love, sadly it didn't last any longer that that.
Yeah Caitlin, I know what you mean! (I remember!) But the right guy will come along! :happyface
Brian Damage 06-05-2005, 09:32 PM Tim, in all seriousness, it sounds like you have deep feelings for this person. Ask her out before she finds someone else. If she says no, at least you gave it a shot.
rusyd 06-05-2005, 10:09 PM I've been in love 3x in my life. This last one is the one that will last or else. ;)
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 06-05-2005, 10:25 PM Once. This guy named David. I have never felt so strongly over someone ever. I had the biggest crush on him in 8th grade and that lasted all the way up into high school even though we didnt have anymore classes together. I always told myself that if he were to propose to me 4 years down the line or whatever Id say yes. LOl I dunno about that NOW, but hmm.

You never know! He might have matured! You could always dump him if he hasn't!
dawsongirl 06-05-2005, 10:48 PM You never know! He might have matured! You could always dump him if he hasn't!
I sure hope he has! He was pretty into himself in HS.
 I would too. And I'd feel really good about it. :D
CollegeDropout 06-05-2005, 11:51 PM me and my boyfriend were hesitent to get into a relationship, so after a week of hooking up, we made it offical...but like its just supposed to be a summer thing, but hes such a great guy that I hope I dont get too attatched bc I might start to be fallin in love..

TheGreatPretender 06-06-2005, 07:24 PM I honestly can't say if I know what love is. I could just be a teenybopping hormonal thinger who just THINKS they're in love.
Same here. **** **** this topic depresses me so much.
Kay Scarpetta 06-06-2005, 07:37 PM Love sucks butt big time. Hmph.
swedeace 06-06-2005, 07:48 PM Love is TOO strong of a word for me. I've NEVER been in love nor have dated, for that matter.
The closest to love, I guess would be crushes. I've had three ultimate crushes in my entire life that feel like they take so much energy and control out of my life, especially when I come across the guys I've crushed over. It just feels..... like they have so much control because they do not even know about it. Their existence is what makes this control unbearable.
Only the last two major crushes I have decided to approach. I became aware of "loathing" the thought of swooning over someone and not risking approaching them to see "what can happen." I did recently with two different results within the past year. The first was definitely a no-go because the guy was gay. Enough said.
The second one is still up in the air. I caught glimpses of him at work. We've been chatting and everything since late April with no "real" label of who we are to each other. We haven't seen each other in person since then because of certain circumunstances. It's just casual now with flirts, far off topics, serious topics, etc (we can go from a wide variety of a spectrum from talking seriously, joking, dirty flirting, etc). He tries to sometimes bring up my "crush" to him, but I leave it open for him to wonder and give him little hints. Who knows about the future, right? It can go either way....
I learned one thing: Once you ASK someone out, EVERYTHING changes either for the better or for the worse. It's one of life's chances for experience, I guess....

Anything social depresses me.
barwars 06-11-2005, 05:43 PM Well, today we went to lunch together after our ACTS.
Not really a date, but we were alone, together.
Oxymoron, I know, but I was happy.
Czas na Zywiec 06-11-2005, 07:41 PM yep.... i'm head over heels for my Jonathan
Amanda?
dawsongirl 06-13-2005, 01:33 AM Amanda?
I think it's just a coincidence that they both live in SC and are marrying Jonathans. Her name is Melissa.
Brad Russ 06-13-2005, 03:20 AM Iv'e been in love once or twice in my almost 24 years on this planet. The first time I was only 14, so I don't know if it was love or not, but the second time, I know for sure I was in love. The pain of knowing that I could never be with this woman, was too overwhelming for it not to be love. There aren't many pains worse that Iv'e experienced, then being totally in love with someone you can never be with!!
TripperFan 06-13-2005, 02:50 PM No :(
I can't believe that. Or maybe I can't believe that someone hasn't been with you.
MsOrange 06-13-2005, 04:36 PM Amanda?
?
Czas na Zywiec 06-13-2005, 07:14 PM I think it's just a coincidence that they both live in SC and are marrying Jonathans. Her name is Melissa.
Haha, I had to ask because you never know.
MsOrange 06-13-2005, 07:21 PM Haha, I had to ask because you never know.
no biggie... but no, "Amanda" is not one of my many personalities!
Czas na Zywiec 06-13-2005, 08:27 PM no biggie... but no, "Amanda" is not one of my many personalities!
So who are the others?!
dawsongirl 06-13-2005, 08:43 PM Haha, I had to ask because you never know.
 I wondered the same thing before too. Must be a lot of Jonathans in SC. :)
Sara Micelli 06-14-2005, 12:27 AM Idon't know. I do really like a good friend of mine though. I'm still not sure if I should tell him.
