rusyd 06-03-2005, 10:26 PM Besides coffee and coke,I drink water all day long. I don't know how many though.
Munsters#1 06-03-2005, 10:28 PM You probably are drinking 8 glasses of water and you don't realize it. Not just the water you drink, but also in your food, and even in the air we breathe.
moeee 06-03-2005, 10:31 PM I only drink big 2 glasses of water.
vienna waits 06-03-2005, 10:34 PM I probably drink more than 8 glasses. It's all I drink.
Rhiannon 06-03-2005, 10:36 PM i drink 2 bottles of water plus sodas.
PZelda 06-03-2005, 10:41 PM I gave up soda completely in April (I don't even drink diet sodas, yuk!) - so OF COURSE I drink 8 cups of water a day :)
marmalade 06-03-2005, 11:05 PM I usually drink about 2 quarts of water a day.
TripperFan 06-03-2005, 11:06 PM I TRY to drink more water. I drink tea almost all day long (and recently switched to the good stuff - black and loose) which can substitute for water apparently. I tend to get thirsty very easily. I used to drink soda a lot but have cut it out almost entirely now.
Janet McFarland 06-03-2005, 11:11 PM The only time I drink water is in the morning. I usually have soda or juice for lunch and dinner. And if I'm thirsty, I almost always have soda. I know it's bad for me, but oh well :p
AllIWantIsYourClutch 06-03-2005, 11:44 PM I drink SO much water. Usually I go through about 7-8 bottles a day. If not more.
Hollow 06-04-2005, 01:12 AM i drink whenever im thirsty.
Mr. Television 06-04-2005, 01:21 AM I drink a lot but its not water.
No, I drink around two big cups a day. That's it.
swedeace 06-04-2005, 01:35 AM It wasn't only until about early May that I began drinking LOTS of water at home. I am finding myself constantly filling up a cup full of water and just drinking out of it. This is while I watch TV, am on the computer, do homework, right before I sleep, etc. I am finding that I don't drink as many sodas while I'm at home now. Good habit for me since I drink LOTS of dark sodas. I'm kinda proud of myself! Maybe I won't get as many headaches and reduce some of my flub to make myself feel better.
There are various water fountains at work, but they just don't me justice. Some are warm and others just tasty sorta "leady." I think I might have to purchase a water bottle and fill it up with my house's tap water and take it with me.
Superstar 06-04-2005, 04:14 AM I drink alot of water..but not 8 glasses.
*MIBabe03* 06-04-2005, 09:20 AM Nope I don't. Although I am drinking more water now than I was before.
Dutabi84 06-04-2005, 12:30 PM When I'm working, I'll drink anywhere from 8-16 cups a day.
barwars 06-04-2005, 12:33 PM I drink a lot of water. About 4 or 5 bottles a day (which are 2 cups each)
Krisalicious 06-04-2005, 01:01 PM I drink SO much water. Usually I go through about 7-8 bottles a day. If not more.
Same here. I always have to have a bottle in my room.
TheHappyBurgerMeister 06-04-2005, 02:03 PM No, I barely even drink ONE bottle of water a day. Occasionally I'll take a few swigs of water, but the only time I'll drink a full one is if my mom brings me a bottle of water and says "Here, drink this!" because she KNOWS I don't drink enough water.
EmoJoe 06-04-2005, 02:14 PM No. I drink water but not that much
Janice 06-04-2005, 02:46 PM I'm in the home stretch of a diet to shed the winter pounds. I diet every March to pay for my winter sins - usually 10 to 15 pounds. I got a late start this year.
So, I've been drinking so much water that I feel like I'm going to drown. I hate it. I'm drinking 64 oz a day. I feel like a fish.
I notice that when I'm drinking a lot of water that my skin looks better. I need less moisturizer. My hair even feels and looks better. It's good to hydrate your body.

I've noticed that too. You may not notice it, but your teeth and gums will be healthier as well.
We also take UDO's Oil (you get it at health food & supplement stores) It's wonderful for your skin, hair and it has all the Omega's. Very good for the joints as well. We even give it to our dogs and their skin and coats are in much better condition!
Mijada 06-04-2005, 04:48 PM I drink lots of water at work but not as much as I should at home. I love drinking the water at my sisters house. She lives in the country so their water comes from a well. Nothing like an ice cold glass of well water.

Since I gave up soda, my skin has cleared up a LOT. I still get zits when my monthly visitor comes but other than that, I don't get zits anymore. :D
MsOrange 06-04-2005, 11:47 PM try the Crystal Light.. i get the store brand versions of it, Walmart's version of it is good... Crystal light is kind of expensive
Polniaczek033 06-04-2005, 11:49 PM Yeah. It's pretty much all I drink. That and Mt. Dew.
Dude111 12-27-2025, 05:44 AM I dont drink hardily any water but I know I probably should..
Maybe drinkng more room temp water is better than drinking cold.. (Your system cant use cold right away so its better to drink room temp or warmer)
ThisLittlePiggy 12-27-2025, 02:42 PM I drink at least 4 cups a day, I'm not going to force myself to drink more. And I drink about 2 cups of coffee a day and some juice usually.
Bonniegirl 12-27-2025, 03:35 PM Not sure exactly how much water I drink, but quite a bit. And also water from the two cups of coffee I drink a day.
stevea 12-27-2025, 04:07 PM No. I don''t drink nearly enough.
ThisLittlePiggy 12-27-2025, 06:22 PM I just had an iced tea so I'm up to about 6 today. I count my coffee and tea in the total.

Oh, well, that's very different. Never mind! I'm OK--I'm big on iced tea.
