PZelda 06-02-2005, 05:06 PM Anybody who knows me knows what my answer will be.
THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW!
vashti1999 06-02-2005, 07:39 PM I used to be a fan of Tony Orlando and Dawn, Sonny and Cher, the Hudson Brothers, Flip Wilson, Carol Burnett Show, Donny and Marie, Brady Bunch Variety Hour and Jacksons Variety Hour. I'd buy Flip and Carol for sure, but the others: I would want to see again before deciding to buy them. I was real young when they were on the air, so it's been awhile. I remember really liking the Hudson Brothers for some reason.
Richard Pryor is the only variety dvd I own so far.
barwars 06-02-2005, 07:42 PM I have the single disc "Brady Bunch Variety Hour".... and the show is absolutely horrid. It's something only a Brady fan could love.... and I'm a big Brady fan, and it sickens me. But I still enjoyed it. Odd, I know.

I saw Tony Orlando and Dawn for the first time last week and I only Like when they were singing. Not the Comedy part of the show
Marvo301 06-05-2005, 03:52 AM I think an episode of The Brady Bunch Hour would make a neato extra on one of The Brady Bunch season sets. Real far out! As for the other variety shows I would love to add The Carol Burnett Show to my DVD collection.

I think the BBH premeired too many years later to being added to a Brady Bunch season set like the last season in 74. BBH debuted in 77
rusyd 06-05-2005, 10:02 PM The Carol Burnett show.
michaellinn 06-15-2005, 11:46 PM I would first get "Donny & Marie." I'm a big fan of the '70s variety shows, and "Donny & Marie" has been my favorite. But I would like the show to be released in full-season sets, rather than as a special disc collection of favorite episodes or best moments.
TVFactFan 06-16-2005, 12:29 AM I would first get "Donny & Marie." I'm a big fan of the '70s variety shows, and "Donny & Marie" has been my favorite. But I would like the show to be released in full-season sets, rather than as a special disc collection of favorite episodes or best moments.
It will depend on the Guest Stars on which Episodes of Donny and Marie I would Watch. Not in a Big Rush to buy that Show

TVFactFan 06-18-2005, 08:01 PM I saw a Small Clip of the Variety Show COS in 1976 with Cory Feldman as a guest on VH-1 Greatest Child Stars. So now I know it exists on Video which gives me a slim chance of seeing it one day.
