Has anyone ever even heard Mr. Jefferson call his wife by her real name?
Has he ever called her Louise? I only remember hearing him say "Weezy".

I've heard him call her Louise a few times (a few). At least, I think I did.

It seems like the only time he refers to her by her real name is when he is talking in a conversation w/o saying anything funny or stupid.

Yeah he has a few times

He called her Louise in the episode where she painted that picture in the art class when George saw it

He has called her Louise during the episode where she is up for the award at the Help Center against Agnes (I forget the person's last name, but Agnes was running against Louise for the award) and George made a contribution in order for Louise to win. When the man came to the apt. he introduced her as Louise

Yes, George did call her Louise I remember one time when SHE ("weezy") had done something and he said LOUISE and but in the early episodes George called her Louise more often

He has called her Louise many times. Just listen carefully and you will hear it.
