Nah, he won via "DQ". Batista wouldn't let go of him when he had him cornered in the turnbuckle so Hassan was awarded the win.

He may have won by DQ,but he didn't look like he won the match in the end.Batista left him and Davari in a big pool of blood.It was great :D

Actually, saying he is undefeated on Raw is incorrect as well. He was disqualified in a match against Benoit. He has never been pinned on Raw however.

That's because he was supposed to have gone over in that match. If you watch it again Hassan screwed up as to where the ring bell was placed and such. It's been a while but I think Benoit's head missed the bell or something so the ref just DQ'd Hassan. And like other things, WWE decided to ignore that piece of history.
