Try the website tvofyourlife.com. They have lots of rare shows although I think they only have a handful of ENOS episodes. I remember watching the show as a child and can still see the opening with Enos driving like a nut in the squad car while his partner shouts wild-eyed "LOOK OOOUUUUTTTTTT!" I wouldn't mind seeing it again myself but I think it's quite obscure and don't know if there were ever reruns of it.
