It was this elderly couple and their house was getting terrorized by these unknown guys for unknown reasons. Twice, they hurt the old woman, one time while she was outside letting her dog go to the bathroom. The family then put out sensor lights to try to get them away, but they left a note saying "your lights are a laugh". One time they set up a huge trap for the guy(s), but somehow, the guy managed to avoid it.

This case is very, very strange, and creepy in it's own way. Anybody remember it? I have it taped.

You must be refering to the Wackers. Interesting story indeed but has never been updated. I assume they must've passed on by now because they were quite old when Unsolved Mysteries filmed their story.

I guess, but I still love that episode. Creeps me out. When I see it, I think of ways I'd try to deal with/discover the harrassers.
