Which Lionel did you like better?

Sometimes, I like the first one the one with the beard. And, sometimes I like the sweeter looking one better.

I think Mike Evans was the only best. Mike Evans was a very talented and professional actor. I dont know why Mike quit. I guess to be the producer of 'Good Times'....

Mike Evans, because he was on AITF and because hes the original. Wish he didnt quit the show.

No contest. It would be Mike Evans. Damon was all right. But Lionel #1 is far better. Those 5 years on All in the Family, people got to know him.

I love All in the Family and so I have to agree with everyone else and say Mike Evans. He was awesome.

no question about it. mike evans IS lionel jefferson. damon was okay, but mike evans was the best one!!!

I really liked both of them, and they were equally good as him. Damon Evans may have actually done a tinsy bit better then Mike in my opinion because he had somewhat of a better attitude about things, but they are both great.

Mike Evans, hands down. I liked the attitude he brought to the role. It's too bad he wasn't on longer -- even when he returned for a couple of years (1979-81), he didn't appear in a lot of episodes.

I have to say I liked Mike Evans best as Lionel. They're both fine actors. Mike's Lionel seemed like he was having more fun. I enjoyed the character more when he was playing him. He's also very cute!
