Virgil's the guy you can't help but love. Virgil has so much natural charm, you'd think he was using a spell. He's the super glue of the Tracy Brothers. He's the best friend and the best big brother anyone could have - loyal, totally down to earth and always real.

Tin Tin is a ordinary 13 year old, a big mouthed girl, and the loudest kid in Roosevelt Middle School. Unfortunately, the only side of Tin Tin that most people see is the side where she's arguing with Alan. If they got to know her, people would realize that Tin Tin is less like a big mouth and more like a female Gordon.

She may not be cool like Gordon but underneath her loudness is the sweet and gentle Alan loving Tin Tin. What's also amazing about Tin Tin is how normal…well at least how down-to-earth she is despite her annoyance around Alan who has a crush on her. If black polo necks and matching berets make a comeback, Tin Tin will be the Queen of Cool.

Atlanta's only problem is that she can a bit clumsy which is pretty easy when your boyfriend is close to the club secretary. If anybody including Scott asks 'Leather' Leigh a simple question like "What's up?" or "What's going on?" and they're likely to get an answer something like "Whats going on? Like, LIFE is going on, Daddy-O. Can you dig it? I'm sittin' on my bus hoping the stop never comes. Just stick out your tongue and catch a snowflake, Man, THAT'S life…So, what's your problemo?"

'Leather' Leigh's mind is always turning and coming up with new ideas, they might not always make sense, in fact they usually don't, but that's 'Leather' Leigh. The only guys who come close to understanding 'Leather' Leigh are 'Wildfire' Hal, 'Bulldog' Johnny and Scott. It's Jenny's 'never having kids' attitude that John's always trying to change. But underneath Jenny's respectful and kid hating exterior is a mother-to-be. Don't tell anybody but during the movie "Love Me Tender", she cried 27 times and even once more when Marty Franklin's character died because "he didn't deserve it! -sniffle-." She's very nice to John's father and brothers too, she was surprised when Marty appeared as a ghost singing the title song in the end.

If it weren't for her friendship with Virgil, Claire could probably be confused for a dumb blonde. There have always been amazing paintings in Art class and they come from both Virgil and Claire. After one summer vacation everybody came back different, Giner had her hair dyed, 'Leather' Leigh dated Scott, Rosie becmae cooler and Atlanta was accepted into the Roosevelt Midle School Fashion Club by Claire and could paint 3 paintings while standing!

Although he really knows it, the majority of Claire's paintings is for her best friend and boyfriend Virgil. All of Claire's style is bought on when tinged with Virgil's smile or his talents and gentleness. But even when Virgil's exasperated with his best ftiend and girlfriend, he tries to keep his cool because he knows whatever Claire does, her intentions are good and her greatest gift to him is the one that really counts: her heart.

Not only does the Hood have a bad attitude, he's also got a police record that makes him Public Enemy #1! The Hood's bad boy days started in the Malysian jungle when he tried to take over the country. It took ten men, five middle-aged, four teenagers and a 12 year old to banish him from their villiage. Unfortunately, Jeff Tracy and his five sons accidentally awakened his powers and now he's back with big plans: Take over the world! Luckily, the Hood doesn't know anything about new technology. He's so behind the times he could practically confuse a spell phone for a bar of soap (not that the Hood washes up much, he's too busy to take over the world to worry about personal hygiene)!

Dr Diablo

Dr Diablo is a scientist who can shift from one form to the other at will. That makes her both a loyal friend and a ravenous beast, with serious emphasis on the beast part. Dr Diablo is the Hood's proud sidekick and she'll do anything to make him happy. Dr Diablo has been known to go ALLLL the way downstairs to get the Hood a warm cup of milk or even scrape the crud out from under his toenails!
Despite all this affection, the Hood can't stand Dr Diablo. But since the Hood's short on friends and can use Dr Diablo's brain power for his plans of world domination, he lets Dr Diablo stick around.
As much as Dr Diablo had a crush on his brother, Kyrano, that's how fierce she is to everyone else. Dr Diablo loves to terrorize Virgil, Scott, John, Alan and Gordon in any of her forms as well as in a number of crafty disguises even as a little girl poddle (she's so cute with that itty bitty pink bow)!
