I was watching the Pilot today on the S1 DVD, and I was wondering, is the theme sung by Bob Denver with a hispanic accent?

no. it was another song singer, not sure who though. but im 99.9 percent sure it wasnt bob.

I'm also 99.99999999999999999% sure that Bob Denver did not sing the original pilot theme.

It might be pretty hard to find out who did----I've read or heard in about a hundred places that The Wellingtons sang the theme for the 1st Season and The Eligibles for Seasons 2 and 3, but I have NEVER EVER heard anyone say who sang the original theme.

You'd probably have to write Sherwood Schwartz to find out....and even he might say "I don't remember."

In Inside Gilligan's Island Sherwood Schwartz says who it is. I will look for it now. By the way John Williams composed the music.
