The best thing for us to do is to try and check back as often as possible, to show everybody that we are still among the living.
I know that I've found it distressing when a member leaves without a word, never posting again. Are they alive? I don't know! Their well-being is important to me. I'd just like to know, one way or the other.
So keep in touch. I know I will.
