So what book are you trying to read this summer? I think I'll read Stephen King Misery,Rose Madder,,and The Mommoth Hunters again this summer. I have not read all the Clan Of The Cave Bears series yet, just the first book. I may read all of them also.

The new Harry Potter book comes out this summer. I will definitely be reading that. That will probably be it. I've never been much of a reader.

Sorry, I don't want to crap on Frankenstein, but I must. I'm an avid reader, and in high school I read every single book they assigned, except that one. I read most of it, but I couldn't get through it. It was so long winded and boring. I was really disappointed, I thought I would enjoy it.

I usually don't plan ahead what books I am going to read. The books I choose to read at any given time is influnced a great deal by what mood I'm in at the time...what I feel like. I have been planning on rereading Stephen King's The Stand for a few months now, though.

I don't know, it's not like I plan what I'm going to read. I just go to the library and read the back covers and see what sounds good :roller:

I'm in the midst of reading Jane Fonda's book (yes...SHUT UP!) right now. When I finish, I still need to finish the Clay Aiken book I got forever ago (Jan/Feb) and then the Harry Potter book comes out in July so I'm going to pick it up to read.

I had to read Frankenstein for a class this past semester...it wasn't that bad. Just very different from the popular myth of Frankenstein.

But right now I am read Lucky by Alice Sebold and plan on reading Plain Truth and the 6th Harry Potter book when it comes out in July.

I don't plan ahead for my reading, either. As with movies, it generally depends upon my mood. But I would like to finally read The Virgin Suicides, plus I'm hoping to finish up The Secret Life of Bees.
