I always hear about Steve and Waldo's funny moments indeed they were the funniest but what about some of the other characters? I think the other characters had their moments in which they did or said something funny. The only characters that never made me laugh or had a funny moment in my opinion were Stefan and 3J. I would like people's opinions on some of the funny moments/comments from the other characters

Actually 3J made me laugh quite a bit in the first episode he was ever in.

The only time Stefan made me laugh was when he told Laura "Laura your idea of going crazy at a party is double dipping your potato chips." But that was more like a chuckle, not a laugh out loud moment or anything.
