Im always cold. Like, my hands feel like icicles and get stiff and I wore my sweatshirt to work today and long winter knee socks too. I got some blood work done, but so far NOTHING. I also have this lightheaded/dizzy feeling constantly and got tested for that but nothing. Buuut I read in Womans World that it could be some inner ear thing and you can do head exercises for it. I personally think its my drastic change in diet.

It hit 85 today and I'm loving it.

Just be grateful you're not hot. Nothing worse than that!
