Confirmation of the August 23 release date came down today (5/24) as Universal Studios officially announced the set.

This 2 disc set (double-sided) will contain all 26 episodes from the first season (647 mins). The full frame (1.33:1) picture will be accompanied by an English mono track, and English/Spanish subtitles. Suggested retail price will be $39.98. Info from www.tvshowsondvd.com I'm so glad about this show and Emergency! will be out on DVD. I really like the 3 Jack Webb shows, Dragnet, Emergency! and Adam 12.

Adam-12 was one of my first favorite shows, and I can't wait to get it on DVD. It's definitely one I'll be buying as soon as it comes out :)
I'm thrilled... :D
