You people have really slowed down. It's hardly worth checking what's been posted more than twice a week. Please don't make me wait for July 26th to read some interesting stuff. Hey, Bonsai....there are 2 versions of the song! ONLY TWO!!!!!! the B&W one and the color one! No slow mournful version, no fast peppy version.

I always thought there were just two versions of the theme song, but it sure did sound speeded up this morning.

Don't forget as well as editing scenes out, TV stations also speed up the shows as well to get those extra few seconds of their precious advertising or self promotion time in. I noticed the same thing with the Munsters theme from my old TV recordings to the DVD ones. It almost sounds like someone playing a 45 at 78. I hope I'm not showing my age here. :)
