I have an idea for the schedule makers in Major League Baseball on how to improve interleague play or make it more exciting.

They should make the schedule manditory that the two teams from the previous World Series meet in an interleague series during the regular season.

This year it is not needed because the Red Sox will play the Cardinals in a 3 game series in St. Louis in June. Last year, I would have liked to have seen a Yankee / Marlin interleague series.
