In lots of ABC phtos, Joyce and Suzanne were always draped all over John and in the opening credits of season 4 at the Pier, John is walking with both girls like they are his play toys-lol But when you watch the actual show, you see the complete opposite of what you see in the Photos and Opening Credits. Like the episodes when Chrissy and Janet were unomfortable when Jack would enter their room-lol So I just always wondered why the girls went from looking like roomates in the Opening Credits from seasons 1-3 to Playmates from seasons 4-8.

Hmm, my guess would be because they wanted to try the audience in with the promise of sex. But who knows?

As far as Season 4, I just saw it as them being very good friends. Larry, Mr. Furley, and for a while Lana was in the opening credits, but at the end you just had the three roomates walking away together at the same time.
