hi this is a weird thing to ask but today my mother and i were both sick with allergreys and we both noticed that our usally happy cats didnt seem to feel so well ether my one cat who loves to eat first thing in the morning just seemed to want to sleep in fact he slept all day and my other cat who normally loves to sit on my lap for long peroids of time just seemed to wat to stay on my lap for a few minutes at a time today. my mother and i are both feeling better now and the strange thing is the cats seem to be feeling better too i was just wondering if any cat owners out there have ever had ther cats get sick the same time you did.?

Actually the cats probably didn't want to hang with you that much because of the sneezing! Cat's hate that! Anytime one of mine (and I have 5) are on my lap or laying next to me and I sneeze, they take off. I think its because our whole bodies shake when we sneeze, plus the noise and they don't like it.
I've noticed it happens more with my dogs. Especially my little female who's really close with me. If I'm sick, she gets sick - its amazing. Sure is an incentive to stay healthy!!
It's been funny this year, my allergies have been worse than usual, and so have both the cats and dogs. There must be something that bothers EVERYTHING in the air!

I think my cat and I were related in another life, like from the same litter. I believe I was definitely a cat...
anyway, yeah. Whenever I have a cold, my cat starts to sneeze too. Odd.

Polly (my cat) was never sick at the same time I was.

Nothing uploaded! Try it again and make sure you keep the attachments window open when you submit reply (or save changes in this case). I'd like to see Polly!

Great.......no image, huh? What's with my computer? I successfully upload images I get from the Internet, but when I try it from a photo CD or a file I make from a photo CD, it doesn't work! Maybe I'd better run the "WinDoctor" part of Norton Utilities 2002.

Give that a shot and see what happens.
Maybe also try copying the image from your CD onto your hard drive and then uploading it from there. I know that's a pain in the a$$, but sometimes you have to take the long route. I've had some glitches the odd time too. Also, double check the format to ensure it's a compatible image. ;)

Since the latest attempt to upload a picture of my cat failed, I'll 1)try it at FedExKinko's, or 2)register at www.cathobbyist.com and post it there in its photo gallery.
