I'm writing one of those GI fanfics where their kids get stranded on the island. Professor and Ginger are married and have two girls, and Gilligan and Mary Ann are married and have one boy, one girl. Also, the Howells have two grandsons. Skipper's gonna have a relative in there somewhere, I just haven't thought up he/she yet. Okay, reason of this post is that I HAVE A HUGE DILEMMA! :eek: I can't think up names for these kids! :confused: I know their names should be popular from the 60s-70s era, but I have no idea what Ginger and the Professor would likely name their kids. And Mary Ann would probably name her kids something old fashioned. I am so not good at thinking up good names because there are millions of them out there! :bouncers So, if any of you have any suggestions, tell me ASAP, I'm desparate! :help

Yay Progress Report! (no not those little papers you get signed for school)
Just so you don't get the idea that I'm completely abandoning this fic, I'll tell ya how its coming so far:
I've got the kids' names, their personalities, etc. Plus what they're going to look like. (Now, the big, long, drawn out sigh :o ) That's all I have...(I know I know, I'll get on it! :eek: ) But yeah, its not that this fic is going to be hard to write, I just don't know how they're going to end up on the island. I don't wanna use the boat thing cuz 1.) Other people have already had that idea, and 2.) I seriously doubt any of these kids would know how to drive a boat themselves. :confused: Yet I really don't see how else they'd get on that doggone island! :crazy: I'm so befuddled with this, I keep running into these dilemmas! :seeya:

So, if any of you people have any ideas, please help me, the sooner I figure this out, the sooner I can start writing this thing! :idea:

In the meantime, while waiting for a response, I'll be writing *trying* to write some of this story without the first part, which should be a challenge. :stressed: :bored:

Good names. Can't wait to see what their kids turn out like! Hmm... what they should look like... Eee.. I don't know. Little Gilligan would be just ADORABLE! Or it would be sooooo funny to see one of Ginger and Roys' kids to raddle off the periodic table of elements at age 5! Meanwhile, the other one is performing "There's No Buisness Like ShowBuisness" I really don't know what those kids would be like. I don't think any of them would be mean or snotty... DON'T MAKE THEM MEAN OR SNOTTY! (Please:))
But, yeah, I'm looking forward to the story, sounds SWELL (favorite word right there!)(I'm so wierd) I'll love anything that pairs up Ginger and Roy!
