By watching "Handcuffed" on the season 4 DVD, I discovered an answer to a question that I've had for a while about this episode. When this episode aried on TV land/Nick@Nite, when Breda says to Jack "Why are you ordering for that girl over at the next table?" Jack says "I'm just trying to be a good neighbor," and Brenda says "Then stay out of her yard." But yet, in the episode of "The Best of Three's Company" where they mention this scene, the dialogue is different. Brenda says "Why are you ordering for that girl over at the next table?" and Jack says "She's all alone, you know and she seems like a nice person, and I think she's hungry." and Brenda says "Well, let her order for herself." I had always been confused as to why there were two different dialogues for this scene, but after viewing the episode for the first time uncut on the season 4 DVD, I now know the answer. When Brenda asks "Why are you ordering for that girl over there?" Jack says "She's all alone, you know and she seems like a nice person, and I think she's hungry." The Brenda says "Well let her order for herself." Shortly after this takes place, a man walks up to Chrissy and wants to sit at her table with her (this is cut from Nick@Nite and TV land). She insults him and tries to make him leave, and then Jack turns around and defends her. Then Brenda asks him "Do you know that girl?" and Jack responds "I'm just trying to be a good neighbor," and Brenda replies "Then stay out of her yard." Finally, this long mystery of mine is now solved :)

Thanks for the info because I never knew that a guy tried to sit at Chrissy's table. There probably will be a lot of surprises when I buy the DVD this coming Friday. Can't Wait

This must be the best part of watching eps on the DVDs, getting to see the stuff that is cut from the on-air broadcasts.

Hello, Amazon...I'm still waiting!

Why didn't buy it from a local store like I'm doing on Friday?

Why didn't buy it from a local store like I'm doing on Friday?

The cost at Amazon beat BB here by almost $6. Can blame a guy for trying to save a few bucks! The web site claims it shipped on the third, but I find it hard to believe our wonderful USPS would take more than 5 days now to move a parcel only 300 miles from near Reno to the Bay Area! Maybe the DVDs are shipped from elsewhere, at least the books I have ordered always came from Reno.

Until the DVD's came out, I had not seen any of the tags. I dont think a single one aired on syndication here in St. Louis years ago.
