Rhiannon 05-07-2005, 12:05 PM that is sad! I would be upset if that happened to any of my bosses
Superstar 05-07-2005, 12:28 PM :( I'm sorry
80s_Fan 05-07-2005, 12:31 PM I'm so sorry to hear about your boss; how tragic not to mention scary.
Eric2000 05-07-2005, 12:35 PM My Friend told me on IM yesterday.....he used to work there so did his mom..and his mom knows office staff, office staff called his mom
he told me when we were on IM
I Didn't belive him
TripperFan 05-07-2005, 01:23 PM REally sorry to hear that (especially when I'm 44 - that hits close to home)!
I had a co-worker who died at her desk. She took some sort of aneurysm, they rushed her to hospital where she lay in a coma for a week, never woke up and died. She was only 36 and had 6 kids, the eldest at 11 yrs. It was horrible.
The last thing I'd want to do is die at work.
Janice 05-07-2005, 02:18 PM That's so sad, and scary. Life (and death) is so unpredictable. You have to appreciate the good health of yourself and your loved ones. It can end in a split second. I lost two sisters suddenly. Any loss of a loved one is awful, but when it's sudden, it hurts more, in my opinion. No real closure. No time for goodbyes.

atleast she died where ppl were around...and not on the road
that would be more tradgic
TheGreatPretender 05-07-2005, 02:46 PM That's horrible. :( It reminds me of the time in January when the Magnet School Director in our state died. She was so nice to me when I first looked at the school with my parents and made me feel welcome. It was weird how she died she was so healthy and cheerful and then I get this article in the paper that she died of a heart attack. Life is just too short. You never know when these things will happen. :(
*Pleasant Tomorrow* 05-07-2005, 02:48 PM That's awful :(
Hollow 05-07-2005, 05:38 PM i'm sorry.
*MIBabe03* 05-07-2005, 05:52 PM That's sad. :(
phoebe7165 05-07-2005, 05:59 PM Geez, I can only imagine how shocking that would be. Never had it happen to me--boss or co-worker. As much as I hear people complain about their bosses, I'm sure nobody would want to wish something like that on them, for them to drop dead literally.

Janice you are so right about that, it always hurts worse when it's sudden
I'm very sorry about your boss :(
Kay Scarpetta 05-07-2005, 08:12 PM The same thing happened to my dad's boss earlier this year. He had a heart attack and died in his office.
Then 3 months later, a guy my dad works with woke up at 2 am and just dropped dead. That was hard for us... the family is friends with our family.
anyway, I'm very sorry about your boss :(
Cactus Jack 05-07-2005, 08:16 PM Im sorry about your boss :(

dawsongirl 05-07-2005, 09:32 PM Scary! I'd have a hard time going back to work if I'd seen it.
I work at a good place to get sick I guess, even if it's a heart attack. Doctors and cardiologists all over the building.
