Well, for a few episodes anyway. There will be a few Rhodas shown during TV Land's 20th Anniversary coming up. Check out the www.tvland.com schedule message board. It will have all of the info.

How much you want to bet that the 2-parter of Rhoda's Wedding will air?

From the 5 eps i seen of Rhoda, I enjoyed the mother the most. Do you know if she returned to Rhoda after she left?

The mother, played by Nancy Walker, left the show during the third season (1976-77) to star in her own TV show (although she appeared in the season's first episode). But her own shows weren't meant to be. The Nancy Walker Show and Blansky's Beauties were both flops, and by the start of the fourth season (1977-78), Ida and Martin finally returned from their year-long cross-country trip, and remained with the series to the end.

Nancy Walker just didn't have any luck during the mid-late 70's. Her first show of 1976 fails in December and then she gets another in Feb of 1977 which was yanked in May and then she returned to Rhoda in 1977-78 which was pulled by CBS in December of 78. What a shame.

Of course, they're just running the wedding two-parter during the marathon.

I wish I had thought to tape these back when Rhoda was on every day in the late '90s.

Yea the Nancy Walker Show was a flop. It was produced by Norman Lear.
