Well, assuming that only one actor played the role, I remember a couple. In one, he, Ozzie, Doc, and Darby were members of a barbershop quartet and the plot was that Ozzie was concerned about breaking the dishes that he and the others were carrying during their job as singing waiters (at the dinner where they later did their barbershop quartet song).

In another, he and Darby got an old car for Ozzie to fix up to race Rick and Darby's son in an off-road old-car-vs-new-car race. (It was a tie.)

In another, he won a fast-draw context against a fictional tv star: Tex (last name?) after Ozzie failed to. The prize (whatever it was--I forget) went to the kids' club: the Tigers.
