View Full Version : Mr. Bentley defintely has to be included as TV LAND's Top Ten Wackiest Neighbors TVFactFan 05-03-2005, 03:46 PM I will be surprised if it's not on the list GARFIELDKOOL 05-03-2005, 07:08 PM I will be surprised if it's not on the list He is---but I like Bently. He set up a lot of George's joke's. He didn't annoy me like Ralph the doorman. I can't think of the episode, but bently had me rollin' at the end singing, "Shake your Booty, Shake your Booty!" Do you know what episode is that? TVFactFan 05-03-2005, 07:39 PM He is---but I like Bently. He set up a lot of George's joke's. He didn't annoy me like Ralph the doorman. I can't think of the episode, but bently had me rollin' at the end singing, "Shake your Booty, Shake your Booty!" Do you know what episode is that? It was the episode-"Disco Fever" when George had Back pain from all that dancing and Mr. Bentley was walking on his back at the end of the episode singing "Shake your Booty" nlearfan 05-03-2005, 07:49 PM Something that I found wierd about Bentley besides how he knew the origins of many words was his age. When the show first aired, Benedict was in his late 30s. Bentley looked a lot older. By the way, Benedict gained a bit of weight by the time he was on Seinfeld for a guest appearance in 1998. GARFIELDKOOL 05-03-2005, 07:55 PM This board seems to be coming alive, let me see if I can wake up the Sanford and Son board. jamesanthony 05-04-2005, 08:30 AM Bentley was good. I remember him from Sesame Street. Does anyone know which episode had him rollerskating into the Jeffersons' apartment and falling onto George. That scene appears in the main titles in season 7. I can't remember because most eps after 79 were not memorable TVFactFan 05-05-2005, 01:37 AM Well I watched TV LAND's TOP Ten Wackiest Neighbors and surprisingly Bentley wasn't on the list. What a shock. snl75 05-05-2005, 03:37 PM what a shame he didnt make the list i liked him too TVFactFan 05-05-2005, 06:09 PM what a shame he didnt make the list i liked him too Yeah Bentley was much more Wacky than Rhoda and Ed Norton. boechsner 05-06-2005, 01:22 AM Bentley was good. I'm pretty sure it's the episode called, Louise's Setback. However, I could be wrong, I haven't seen that episode in awhile, but I'm almost positive that's the one. It's a very memorable episode, and one of my favorites, where a young girl Louise is trying to help at the help center overdoses on a bottle of pills. nlearfan 05-06-2005, 08:15 PM I'm shocked he didnt make it in the top 10. I voted for him for wackiest neighbor in the TV Land Awards this year after he was nominated. By the way, I missed the top 10. Who were they?
