Harper, you need to realize that the webmaster probably has more important things going on in his life than just that site, so he may not be able get it up and running again exactly when he says. Just be patient. I bet sooner or later it will be up again, and if it isn't, well...then it isn't. Life goes on.

Then I guess it'll never return.
