Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the fact that Lifetime is still showing reruns of Unsolved Mysteries (even after the death of Robert Stack) but why on earth don't they update the cases...or at least drop the "solved but not updated" segments from the rotation. Today they showed the Randolph Dial/Bobbie Parker episode with no hint of an update afterwards. To me, it's a real dis-service to the viewers. Worse yet, the 10 minutes or so that it took to show this now outdated segment could have been used to show a case that still needs to be solved (maybe one of the early ones that rarely get aired). Sorry for the rant but I am such a fan of this show and wish the reruns could be handled in a better way.

This has been my main point of contention. I think someone at Lifetime knew that the Randolph Dial case was recently solved and just decided to re-air it for old times sake.

I still say Resurrection Mary gets a bad rap in these parts. I wouldn't mind if they played that segment every day. And I'm still looking forward to roaming Archer Road post midnight, preferably cold and windy. Here is one website with a very recent update, some guy claiming a familiar-sounding "experience" with Mary just two years ago. The second entry is great also, a young girl exploring the cemetery and feeling a tap on the shoulder while searching for Mary's grave:http://www.mysticaluniverse.com/hp/rm/rm2/rm2.html

When flipping through UM on my tivo, I've seen the same update on almost every show. I don't remember the guy's name, I think he was a bank robber who didn't want to be taken alive, but ended up in custody without issue. I don't see why they can't view these before broadcasting them or at least change up the quick updates in each show.
