I saw that. I was embarrassed just watching him and I was alone.

with the exception of Pat whatever her name was Danny Wheeler and Bob Bean have to be around the two best people they ever interviewed - I mean they sound like actors who were given scripts to read for the segments. Bean comes off like a total smart ass or someone who has watched too many episodes of "NYPD Blue" or "Hill Street Blues" with his comments on how "I'll leave the accusing to someone else..." - he's hilarious

Danny Wheeler takes the cake though with his Michael Jordan comment and how he goes off saying how "nah I didn't think that woman was attractive at all" - What makes this even more ironic that after for nearly a half hour watching these three fools bash each other to death and accuse each other while building themselves up the darn FBI was right all along and Samuel Wheeler was probably killed in a robbery attempt gone bad.

Later.

Bob Bean had that sarcastic look in his eyes the whole time, what a character. Bob Wheeler was so hyper and I don't think he put much thought into what he was saying. Funniest interview in UM history.

You know what I'm sayin, that was my kid, you know what I'm sayin, they killed Daphne, you know what I'm sayin, but my only son, you know what I'm sayin. If they were trying to get at me, you know what I'm sayin, they what have, you know what I'm sayin, tried to do something to me, you know what I'm sayin.

Refresh my memory on Lathan Williams? I thought Stuart Heaton's line about being a carpenter was pretty good too. A carpenter without cuts on his hands is, well just observing.

Refresh my memory on Lathan Williams?

He's the rap singer whose girlfriend was murdered, and whose infant daughter was kidnapped. The crime happened in 1996, but the daughter was found alive and well in 2002. The people involved were caught.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding links on Lathan Williams, via google.com.

Oops. Actually, it was a son, not a daughter. My mistake.

Oh yea, that was a good one too. I guess people who are desperate say funny things. It's a good laugh though.

Pj, I thought it was just me when I heard the Michael Jordan thing. I was wondering if anyone else would think it was as lame as I was thinking it was. Apparently so. Thanks for the laugh!

Oh yes, Lathan. I remember that episode now. His Inside Edition interview after the child was recovered was gold also!

Yeah sad story, but funny interview. The quote is my brother was shot and killed two days before his wedding, by coiciendce, sure by coiciendence, and I am Michael Jordan, I use to play basketball for the chicago bulls. The stuart heaton one was good also If they were half the investigators that they said they were they would have checked and always known that I have cuts on my hands because I am a carpenter. A carpenter with out cuts on his hand is an observer. Well in my opionion he was a bad liar and also a bad carpenter too if he hit the nails in his hands more the wood.

"I was never once physically attracted to her. If she married my brother she was going to be like a sister to me and my family doesn't go in for incest"

Thanks for the heads up Mr. Wheeler - America really needed to know that pearl of wisdom.

Yes, yes, I too cringed in embarrassment over that eloquent speech given by Mr. Wheeler. I wonder if he ever heard of "trying too hard" to convince someone of something. What a tool. Any show with less of a sense of humor would have edited out that part of the interview, but not UM!! ;)

You have to wonder how the people behind the cameras were reacting especially the cameraman himself. In a way his quote is even more elevated because at the time the Bulls only won about 2 championships at the time with 4 more to go!

At one point I thought I'd never get to hear the Air Wheeler quote ever again. But thankfully I now have it for posterity! And the 'you know what I'm sayin' is on the bizarre murders DVD collection, I believe

I myself found Bob Bean's "knowing what he had, and was willing to pass it on" and the smirk on his face after saying that to be the most hilarious part. That and him taping "his little babies" like a "psychopath" as Danny Wheeler said.

oh, and "I TOLD YOU IT WAS BOB BEAN! WHY DON'T YOU GO AND GET BOB BEAN!" (grabs shotgun and has to be held back).

God I've missed this show. Thank god I finally got employed and now have enough money to get Lifetime again! Wow, never thought you'd hear a (straight) man say that, huh?

RightOnDude is back!

I get a kick out of Danny saying, "CO-IN-SAH-DENSE", over and over again.
